Yoga philosophy and Yoga practice bolster one another. Yoga arises from a faith that the everyday rivulets and streams of human life lead to an ocean of joy. This philosophy of self-expansion is embodied in the practice of postures, in the serenity of relaxed breathing and in the exquisite peace of meditation.

From Susi, "We will have a booth (602) at the Health Expo this weekend at the Mancuso (music hall) Center Downtown The expo runs from Saturday April 26 11-7pm and Sunday April 27th 11-5pm. Tom Osborne will give a keynote speech on Sat morning at 10am before the booths open. I have attached the schedule to this email if you scroll to the bottom it lists all the presentations through the weekend. I am looking for teachers to help sit and "chat up" the center and your classes. Hand out flyers and sell pass cards, cds and books.

Karmapa is coming to America. As you may already know, His Holiness the Seventeenth Gyalwang Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje will be visiting the West for the first time, from May 15 to June 2, 2008. His Holiness Karmapa will give public talks in three U.S. cities:  New York, New York  (May 17-18); Boulder, Colorado (May 25); and Seattle, Washington (May 31 – June 1).  See: www.karmapavisit.org

Still putting things together. There are still some minor details to be worked out, but the basic format is there.
