Fire Balancing Greens

Ingredients:
1 head broccoli, chopped, lightly steamed and cooled
2 bunches greens (mustard, kale or collard)
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
1 tsp garlic, freshly grated (optional)
1/3 C olive oil
1/8 C tamari or Bragg Liquid Aminos

Preparation:
Remove leaves from the stems of the greens and chop leaves into small pieces.
Boil leaves in water for 5-10 minutes, then strain. Run cool water over them and press dry.

Make a dressing with olive oil, ginger, garlic (optional), sesame seeds and tamari/Bragg Aminos. Pour over the greens and let sit. Serve at room temperature.
