About Our Classes & Schedule
Students come to yoga for many reasons. Some want to become more flexible, lose weight, manage stress or illness or find a spiritual connection.
We are committed to meeting students where they are and providing a safe and peaceful environment to facilitate healthy transformation.
Yoga offers many practical techniques for increasing physical, emotional and spiritual health and well -being. Finding the right class for your needs is important. Whether you are new to yoga or have done yoga before or if you have special health concerns we are here to serve you. $15 drop in charge for classes unless otherwise specified.
Check out our class pass cards by clicking on class fees - it's a great way to save up to $5 per class!
You can pay for classes when you arrive at the Center using checks, cash, debit or credit card. You can pay for classes, workshops and series classes the same way or online. It's best to use our online system for workshops/series classes to be sure you've reserved your spot as some classes have limited capacity.
