Stress Camp (July 18 11-5pm)

Stress Camp with Patrick Davis MA, LMT, NCTMB, PCC
Saturday July 18 11-5pm $95

Are you so busy that you forget to pause and care for yourself? Are you suffering from any symptoms of chronic stress? Are you tired of feeling adrenaline rushing through your body in response to a constant pace of change? Take time to nurture your own body, mind and spirit by joining this intensive experience customized for you. During this 6-week long investment in yourself, you will practice a three-fold “recipe for life” using humor, music and massage. It’s simple, but it requires the support of others and a commitment over six weeks to begin re-wiring a nervous system that may have grown accustomed to “all work and no play.” This program includes an arsenal of empowering tools for your life. In this workshop you will review “The 4 P’s of Change,” practice The S.A.W. Method© and review other practical strategies to address the problem of stress. Together, these tools create a holistic framework for practicing the foundational skills required for mastering self care in the midst of a busy life.

This process is taught by an experienced life coach, health care consultant and massage therapist. Patrick holds a Masters in Adult Education, he is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professionally Certified Coach and he is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Patrick is a “hospice chaplain turned life coach” who has supported many professionals to care for themselves while they care for others. Over the years he has spoken at many conferences and workshops on personal and professional development.

Testimony from a student who applied this workshop to her challenge of weight loss:
“..The SAW method has quite often helped me find alternative responses to anxiety, boredom, stress, etc.- you name the emotion, I've used SAW. What has it done? Well, I'm much more productive, much less stressed, and much, much less preoccupied with food. Needless to say, SAW is a nice way to improve one's looks, love life, and just about any area without spending a dime. ..”
