Teri Beste
Teri Beste has been active since she was young, running track, playing softball and taking Judo classes in high school. Teri’s love of movement then led her to teach group fitness classes, weight lifting and aerobics. After she took the opportunity to learn Pilates and yoga in 2004, she began teaching a style of yoga that was primarily focused on physical aspects. Teri felt the need to learn more about yoga though, and took the next step in her yoga journey by studying for her 200 RYT with Susi Amendola at Omaha Yoga & Bodywork Center. Teri says, “Now I see yoga in a different way. It is a mind and body experience that I want to share with others.” Teri is grateful for the instruction she has received from Susi, “and all the wonderful teachers who have learned from her.”
