We are committed to meeting students where they are and providing a safe and peaceful environment to facilitate healthy transformation.

Students come to yoga for many reasons. Some want to become more flexible, lose weight, manage stress or illness or find a spiritual connection.

Yoga offers many practical techniques for increasing physical, emotional and spiritual health and well -being. Finding the right class for your needs is important. Whether you are new to yoga or have done yoga before or if you have special health concerns we are here to serve you. Please see the Workshops page for more classes. These are drop in classes and no registration is necessary. Students can attend whenever it is right for them. Each week we will be exploring different practices that are appropriate for students with some previous yoga experience. Detail to form, principles of alignment and refinement of inward exploration are combined with practices of postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation. Please see the class descriptions for further information about particular class styles.

This class level is designed for students new to yoga or for those who enjoy a more basic level class. They set a foundation for all other yoga classes. These are drop-in sessions and no registration is necessary. Each week we will be exploring different practices that are appropriate for new and ongoing students. Postures, breath awareness, relaxation and more will be offered.

To enhance your practice, a CD useful for beginners is available. It provides simple, guided instruction in the basic practices of yoga and includes a fold-out, full color photo sheet (40 photos) to guide you through the poses - a perfect aid for practice at home. $15 drop in charge per single session or Purchase a 12 or 24 class pass with your favorite teacher and the CD is free.

REGISTRATION

Our Yoga classes are all drop in and there is no need to register. Payment is required at your first class.
We offer 3 payment options for all of our drop in yoga classes (no make-ups or refunds on missed class sessions).
