Led by Susi Amendola, National Director and Trainer of Stress Management for Ornish Lifestyle Medicine, a Medicare-recognized program for reversing Heart Disease without drugs or surgery.

This hour-long practice includes a centering practice, gentle and kind postures and ends in extended relaxation to help support a healthy heart, a heart full of love and peace.

Gather some props and pillows (a folding chair, 2-3 bed pillows and blanket) and settle in.
